SUCCEED Together Trust Framework
Todays' fast-changing world features speed, complexity and dense interdependencies. The ability to solve and adapt in real time is critical, in order to advance an organisation forward.
At its core, this requires trust. When employees trust management and the organisation, they are more willing to collaborate, share information, support each other and find ways to create synergy. But when employees don’t trust, the safest choice is to find excuses, not speak up about issues and rein in their effort and commitment.
But how do you pinpoint trust issues and how do you create the right psychologically safe place for your people?
SUCCEED Together® is a trust framework for building and applying many approaches for creating trust during transformation. It helps leaders better understand and identify trust issues, so they can talk about, and solve, them.
It represents the six essential trust drivers for use with individuals, teams and the organisation. When there are missing or weak building blocks of trust, it can undermine organisational changes.
This framework improves trust in organisations by focusing on one or more trust drivers at a time. It can be used to:
- Start the conversation about trust in a safe environment.
- Diagnose strengths and weaknesses using the SUCCEED Together® assessments (teams, leaders, organisation).
- Train leaders with specific behaviours that are required for the organisation/front line.
- Coach individuals.
- Guide organisational activities like communications, agile coaching and leadership training programs.
