Meet your Executive Coach
Hi, I'm Marie-Claire Ross.
I'm a certified executive coach with over ten years experience coaching executives and managers.
I love helping CEOs, founders and executives get the clarity they need to change outdated beliefs that are causing frustration and unhappiness.
Whether that's negative beliefs about themselves, their teams or even their organisation. Beliefs that not only hold them back, but ensure that their leadership style remains stuck.
It is a great privilege for me to help executives gain clarity, feel less frustrated, find joy in their work and more certainty in their decisions.
I do that in a variety of ways from using my own tools or processes, or helping executives determine which zone they are operating from.

At the heart of my executive coaching approach is the Achievement Zone model, from my book, Trusted to Thrive: How leaders create connected and accountable teams. It helps leaders assess and improve how they’re showing up for their teams. It’s built on the principle that sustainable performance comes from balancing psychological safety with accountability.

Executive Coaching Process
My executive coaching process has been designed to ensure that leaders are fully supported in their growth. A lot of the foundational work is to help you understand yourself better to minimise stress and align you to what makes you happy.
My coaching program includes:
- An Enneagram assessment, report and debrief (to uncover your leadership strengths)
- 8 x 1 hour coaching sessions
- Optional: 3 x check-ins with direct manager (to improve accountability and blind spots)
- A copy of my book, Trusted to Thrive
- Leadership and personal development tools (dependent on individual needs)
- Phone and email access to me
