  • 3 personal check-in sessions between Marie-Claire and you - 30 minutes each, Marie-Claire runs them.
  • Dual-perspective capability assessments completed independently by the participant and their manager. This helps surface differences in perception, expectations and performance, as well as improvements.
  • You leave each session knowing exactly where your manager is, what they are working on, and what to say in your next one-on-one.
  • If someone is not progressing, Marie-Claire works through it with you — they are not left to manage it alone.

You begin with an Enneagram assessment. A deep, practical tool that reveals your leadership strengths and the patterns that are quietly working against you. From there, every month you attend a 90-minute masterclass facilitated personally by Marie-Claire Ross, supported by group coaching sessions, individual coaching calls, and practical assignments you apply directly with your team.

This is not a program you complete and shelve. It is twelve months of learning embedded in your real work with real accountability built in, including three structured conversations between you, your manager, and Marie-Claire to track your progress and close your blind spots.

Term 1 - Leading Yourself

 

Great leadership starts on the inside. Before you can build trust with your team, you need to understand yourself - your patterns, your strengths, and the habits that are holding you back without you realising it.

In Term 1, you develop the self-awareness and self-leadership that everything else in the program builds on.

Term 2 - Leading Your Reports

 

This is where most leaders struggle most - not because they don't care, but because nobody ever taught them how to delegate without losing control, give difficult feedback without damaging the relationship, or hold someone accountable without it becoming a confrontation.

Term 2 gives you the tools, the frameworks, and the practice to do all three.
