The Tribe of Trusted Leader's leadership course takes a comprehensive, research-backed approach that blends adult learning principles with proven leadership practices. Participants go on a journey of self-discovery, starting with an Enneagram assessment to better understand their unique leadership style.

Each month, they attend master classes facilitated by Marie-Claire Ross, designed to spark reflection, peer learning, and meaningful discussion. This is supported by monthly group coaching, individual sessions with Marie-Claire, and regular check-ins with their own manager to strengthen accountability.

Monthly assignments ensure participants are applying what they learn in real time, building skills and confidence as they go
