This half day or full-day team workshop uses the Achievement Zone Model to help your team understand what high performance really looks like—and what’s needed to stay there together.

The Achievement Zone is where high psychological safety meets high accountability. Teams operating in this zone are led by leaders who both support and challenge their people. The result? Greater trust, innovation, engagement, and performance.

This workshop is ideal for teams that are stuck in conflict, experiencing confusion, or simply not performing at the level they need to. It gives everyone a shared language, fresh perspective, and practical tools to reset and move forward—together.

 

What Your Team Will Experience:

 

This workshop is customisable to your team's context and needs. It starts with unpacking the Achievement Zone:


1. Explore the Four Team Zones - Understand the differences between teams that are stuck, cautious, chaotic—or in the Achievement Zone.
2. Assess Your Current Zone - Reflect individually and as a group on where you are now, and what’s holding you back or moving you forward.
3. Learn How to Sustain High Performance - Discover what it takes to build a team culture grounded in both trust and accountability—and how to maintain it.

Take the training further by:

4. Co-creating a Team Charter - Defining your shared purpose, team behaviours, roles, and success measures. Build clarity and alignment on what matters most.
5. Build a ‘How to Work with Me’ Guide - Uncover how each team member works best and create a practical reference to improve collaboration.
