As your performance coach, I work with you to not only feel safe with me, but also to increase your safety in your role. More importantly, I work with you to be accountable acting as your accountability partner to challenge you to be your best.

I believe strongly that every individual is the expert in their life and I work with you to uncover what's meaningful and important to you.

You can think of me as like your friendly GPS navigator - helping you to more clearly chart your own course, stay accountable to achieving goals and navigating obstacles more easily. All while ensuring you do so in a sustainable manner.

Through hourly coaching sessions, I help leaders and employees:

  • Get clarity on what they need to do next.
  • Achieve professional growth by identifying strengths and weaknesses.
  • Work out some options to solve their problems.
  • Create a plan to move forward using SMART goals.
  • Stay accountable with regular check-ins with me.
