What is included in a team building workshop?
Each workshop is tailored to your team’s goals and context. This is discovered during the pre-meeting briefing session.
All sessions include a model to unpack, self-reflection, practical tools that can be used straight away, teamwork activities, deep discussion and learning from others.
Each participant also receives their own workbook and action plan to fill out during the session.

Is this team building workshop suitable for leadership teams?
Yes. These workshops are particularly well suited to leadership teams, executive teams and management teams, especially for offsites or team reset sessions.

Can this workshop be customised for our offsite?
Yes. The workshops can be delivered in the time you have available when you have availability.
For best results, I prefer morning or late morning and at least 90 minutes to increase the amount of team interaction and discussion.
Half-day or full-day sessions are also available. All sessions are customised to your team’s current challenges, goals and offsite structure.

How are your team building workshops run?
Each team building workshop is customised to the needs of the client, the team and the goals of the session. Before the workshop, Marie-Claire may speak with key team members to understand the team’s context, challenges and dynamics so the session can be designed in a constructive and effective way.
During the workshop, participants are actively involved throughout. Sessions usually include a short teaching segment followed by an activity such as self-reflection, paired discussion, table discussion, small group work or facilitated team conversation. This creates a team building workshop experience that is practical, engaging and focused on real outcomes. -
What is the difference between a team building workshop and team training?
A team building workshop focuses on how your team works together — including communication, trust, alignment and accountability. High performance team training may form part of the experience, but the broader workshop approach is designed to create practical change in how the team collaborates and performs.
