Executive Coach for Senior Leaders

My executive coaching services are designed for leaders who want deep behavioural change, not surface-level leadership advice. The result is leadership that moves from scattered and self-doubting to focused, self-assured, and empowering.

Do any of these leadership roadblocks sound familiar?

These are some of the most common reasons leaders seek executive coaching.

You are stuck in patterns that are limiting your leadership

You may be overthinking, second-guessing yourself, reacting emotionally under pressure, or avoiding conversations you know you need to have.

You do not lack capability. What is getting in the way is awareness, ownership, and the ability to lead yourself well when it matters most.

You are carrying too much and your team is not stepping up

Delegation isn’t working the way it should. You’re still carrying too much, and even though your team is capable, results depend too heavily on you.

You may be staying too involved, hesitant to let go, or not yet building the level of trust and accountability your team needs to truly step up.

You are busy, but not leading at the new level required

Your role has grown more complex. You're responsible for more, carrying more decisions, and being pulled into day-to-day issues.

You have little time for strategy or focused leadership that's expected at this level. It feels like you’re working hard without the impact you want.

Working with Marie-Claire made me more aware of how I was showing up - what I was doing, what was triggering me, and what needed to change. She pushed me to take responsibility and focus on what actually matters in my role.

How Executive Coaching Services
Help you Lead at a Higher Level

Executive coaching helps you rise above the patterns that keep you stuck and lead at a higher level. This is not about adding more skills. It is about shifting how you think, respond, relate, and lead — so you can stop hitting the same ceiling and create stronger results.

1. From reactive and self-doubting → to self-aware and self-led

You learn to recognise the patterns shaping how you lead - your triggers, defaults, avoidance, and self-doubt - and shift from reacting on autopilot to leading with intention. For some leaders, this work is accelerated through coaching with the Enneagram.

2. From over-controlling or disconnected → to empowering, trusted leadership

You stop rescuing, micromanaging, or pulling away when leadership feels difficult. Instead, you learn to co-elevate others -building trust, creating accountability, and leading difficult conversations with more maturity and clarity. That is how teams grow in confidence and performance without over-relying on you.

3. From busy and scattered → to focused, strategic, and high-performing

You get clearer on what matters most, where your attention adds the most value, and what needs to stop.

That creates better priorities, more consistent execution, stronger team performance, and more space to lead at a higher level instead of constantly firefighting.

That shift changed everything. I became more focused, more disciplined, and saw immediate results in my performance, including hitting 98% of my target. I've now exceeded that monthly. I’m now more intentional in how I lead, and I’ve stepped back so my team can step up.

Meet your Executive Coach

Hi, I'm Marie-Claire Ross, an ICF ACC certified executive coach in Australia.

I help senior leaders move from self-doubt, over-control, and overwhelm to self-leadership, empowered teams, and focused performance — so their teams perform without relying on them.

I believe you already have the clarity and capability within you. But sometimes self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or unhelpful habits get in the way. They can make leadership feel frustrating, heavy, and harder than it needs to be — stopping you from showing up with the executive presence and grounded leadership you know you are capable of.

My work is not about giving you more leadership tips while the deeper patterns stay the same. It is about helping you recognise the patterns shaping how you lead — especially under pressure — so you can respond with greater self-awareness, ownership, and intention. One of the tools I may use in this process is the Enneagram, which helps uncover the core drivers, blindspots, and habits influencing your leadership style.

For more than a decade, I have helped leaders move past these hidden challenges and lead with more trust, clarity, and focus. In that process, they often rediscover not only stronger performance, but also more meaning, fulfilment, and purpose in their work.

A crucial part of our work together  is building self-trust — the confidence to rely on your own judgement, make decisions with greater certainty, and lead without being driven by reactivity, over-control, or self-doubt.

Through Marie-Claire’s coaching, I strengthened my ability to navigate difficult conversations, mentor team members, and improve organisational workflows with greater clarity and confidence. Rather than shaping me into someone else’s idea of a ‘successful manager,’ she helped me define a leadership style that felt authentic to who I am.

Executive Coaching Process

Executive coaching is most effective when it combines deep self-awareness with practical leadership application. Our work together helps you recognise the patterns shaping how you lead, clarify what needs to change, and build the self-trust, focus, and accountability required to lead more effectively.

This is not surface-level development. It is deeper work that helps you shift how you think, respond, relate, and lead - so leadership feels less heavy, your team becomes less dependent on you, and your impact becomes stronger and more sustainable.

Your executive coaching program may include:

  • An Enneagram assessment, report and debrief (to uncover your leadership strengths)
  • 8 x 1 hour coaching sessions
  • Optional: 3 x check-ins with direct manager (to improve accountability and blind spots)
  • A copy of my book, Trusted to Thrive
  • Leadership and personal development tools (dependent on individual needs)
  • Phone and email access to me
