After your supervisors or managers have undertaken the:
9 Creative Communication Techniques to Improve Toolbox Talks training course, it's important to keep the momentum going and to have coaching to help supervisors:

Work out how to sidestep any obstacles or blocks to new communication techniques

Our coaching options include:
This is perfect for workplaces located in Melbourne, Australia. It includes 3 single or group coaching on-site meetings (recommended after all supervisors have watched the training DVD) to keep your toolbox talks improving. It includes a total of 3 hours of coaching per month (see our policy below).
- Weekly 30 or 45-minute individual telephone sessions.
- We focus exclusively on your needs and goals.
- We can help you get prioritize, get organized, and stay on top of tasks, and we’ll teach you the strategies you need to achieve your goals.
- We can help you to get unblocked creatively and in some cases provide you with objective feedback about your work.
- You can brainstorm with us about ideas, and become more clear about your arguments.
- We will listen and offer knowledgeable and impartial advice about the departmental challenges you face.
- Our goal is to help you finish your dissertation, article or book and get it published.
1. Introduction (60 minute meeting) - Viewing of your toolbox meeting (or supervisor behaviours). What are the issues and obstacles, how are things being done, what improvement do you want to see? Homework will be given to improve next safety meeting.
2. Follow up (60 minute meeting) - How did the last safety meeting go, what were the issues, action plan for improvement.
3. Final (60 minute meeting) - How did the last safety meeting go, what were the issues, action plan to continue improvement.

Telephone Coaching (1 month package)
This is perfect for workplaces located outside of Melbourne, Australia. It includes 3 single or group coaching telephone calls (recommended after all supervisors have watched the training DVD) to keep your toolbox talks improving. It includes 2 hours of telephone coaching for one month all up (see our policy below). For example:
- Weekly 30 or 45-minute individual telephone sessions.
- We focus exclusively on your needs and goals.
- We can help you get prioritize, get organized, and stay on top of tasks, and we’ll teach you the strategies you need to achieve your goals.
- We can help you to get unblocked creatively and in some cases provide you with objective feedback about your work.
- You can brainstorm with us about ideas, and become more clear about your arguments.
- We will listen and offer knowledgeable and impartial advice about the departmental challenges you face.
- Our goal is to help you finish your dissertation, article or book and get it published.

All sessions are offered on a pre-paid basis. Payment must be completed before a session can be scheduled. All monthly coaching sessions must be undertaken with the same individual or group members. No sharing or splitting sessions and no refunds after first session.

Payment must be completed when the session is schedule or it will be automatically cancelled unless other arrangements, such as payment by check or money order, have been made. EVOLVE Coaching — all sessions must be used by the same person, no sharing or splitting sessions. No refunds after the first session. A $200 deduction for the first session will be made from the refunded price. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Payment can be made by check or money order with prior agreement only, email support@enlighteninglife.com with your request for payment by check or money order. Bank or wire transfers are not accepted for payment. Funds must be in US Dollars, and payable to Enlightening Life OmniMedi, Inc. .
