What are your Terms & Conditions?

For DVD products and customised video production, Digicast Productions shall retain full title to the goods and services until payment in full has been received.

All Training Resources are protected by international copyright laws. Our videos are copyrighted and copying them in whole or in part is a direct violation of copyright laws. A reward is available for information leading to the conviction of persons who have made illegal copies of our products. The licence of use also excludes making of a back-up copy. Damaged copies may be returned and be replaced at a cost, determined by length of ownership and distribution agreements.

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Where possible, notice will be given.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

Yes, we do.  We will never sell your information or give your information to a third party.

You will only receive information from Digicast Productions and you can unsubscribe at any time.  All of the emails you receive from us have an unsubscribe button.

What is your Refunds Policy?

For training DVDs, if deemed unsuitable, we accept returns with 30 days of purchase. please return the goods together with the packing slip by courier or registered post, at your expense.

For online training video products, such as those sold by Udemy, refunds are handled by Udemy.  Refunds are 30 days.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We ship all over the world through Australia Post.  At the checkout, your postage costs will be calculated depending upon your location.  Please allow 1 week for deliveries within Australia and 1-2 weeks for international deliveries.

What currency is your product pricing?

All products sold from our website (such as training DVDs and ebooks) are sold in Australian dollars.

Only online training videos that are sold through Udemy, are in US dollars, as Udemy only operates in US dollars.
