- identify some areas where you can improve trust in your team.

-understand what you are doing well and areas for improvement

- give to your team members to check for any discrepancies in viewpoints. This can make space for some important team conversations.

Note that self-assessments can be notoriously unreliable because we tend to over-rate our abilities. Getting real time feedback from those in our team can be extremely valuable for our growth and development.
